I am a Ph.D. student working under the supervision of Dr. Oya Celiktutan to address the current limitations of reinforcement learning for enabling agents to adaptively solve real-world problems. I strive to make contributions that can have long-term impact, even challenging some of the existing axioms in modern deep learning. During and prior to my Ph.D. I have also had the pleasure to do some wonderful research internships, working in deep learning and robotics at Meta, Twitter, and Toyota.
I like reading, re-implementing, and discussing papers regarding a wide range of topics in machine learning and beyond.
